PartMaker SwissCAM performs a full set of swiss-turning operations including: facing, turning, grooving, threading and cut-off. Multiple tools stations including gang slides, end working, back working and turrets are supported. PartMaker’s Patented Visual synchronization methodology makes synchronizing operations being carried out on the main and sub spindle quicker easier.
Index Milling/Drilling on the end of the part and on the outside diameter are included among the product's standard components. Additional Milling capabilities of the software can be ranked in the order of sophistication as following: Polar Milling with X Tool, Polar Milling with Z Tool and XZC Continuous Milling on a Cylindrical surface. Another option is XYZC Milling for machines equipped with the Y-axis.
