PartMaker for Mill
Students will learn to produce CNC programs for 2 and 2 1/2 Axis Milling applications.

Prerequisite: Familiarity with the
Windows operating system.

• Creating and Importing geometry in PartMaker CAD Creating and storing tools

• Creating and storing repetitive part features

• Overview of Materials database and its customization

• Creating and storing repetitive part features

• Developing Optimized Process Plans

• Creating Toolpaths for Holes, Pockets and Contours

• File Management

PartMaker for SMW
Students will learn how to apply Surface Machining strategies to Solid Models including roughing, finishing, remachining and projection machining.

Prerequisite: PartMaker Mill Class Day 1 or previous PartMaker training including PartMaker Turn-Mill or PartMaker SwissCAM training.

PartMaker 3D Surface Machining Wizard Custom Part Programming Seminar
(1 Day Module)
After the completion of the two day 3D Surface Machining Wizard curriculum, there is a one day 3D Surface Machining Wizard Workshop. During this workshop, students have the opportunity to program their own parts and focus on their own parts and applications.

Attending the Custom Part Programming Seminar assures users they will return to the shop ready to cut parts. The workshop is also an excellent opportunity to apply the software and to get consultation on programming specific jobs.

Prerequisite: PartMaker Surface Machining Wizard 2 Day class.
